It's been great. I think it could use another 30 hp, which you would get if you spring for the turbo, but it's so much fun to fling up twisty roads and I usually get 35-40 mpg.

Yeah, the Abarth with 165hp is a serious hoot in the hills. Definitely test drive one though, because it's not for everybody. Quirky seating position, some initial body lean and other oddities turn a lot of potential buyers off. Personally, I love the whole "small but wicked" spirit of the Abarth. I've had mine since April and haven't stopped smiling.
